Privacy & terms

Nothing while you read. The pages set no cookies and load no analytics, advertising or social-media scripts. Fonts, images and the trailer are served from this site, not from outside services, and the little merge board on the home page runs entirely in your browser and stores nothing.

There are no accounts, sign-up forms, newsletters or comments, so you never give us your name or e-mail address.

The site is hosted by Netlify and delivered through Cloudflare. Like any web host, they keep standard request data in their logs: your IP address, the time, the page requested, your browser's user-agent string and the referring page. They use it to run the service and protect it from abuse, under their own privacy policies.

Every Play button links to our click tracker, which runs on a subdomain of this site. When you click, it records the time, the page and button you came from, your browser and your IP address, then redirects you to the publisher's game portal. It also sets two first-party cookies on that subdomain, uclick and bcid. They last one year, are set with SameSite=Lax and let the tracker recognize repeat clicks. We use these records to attribute a commission when a visit turns into a sign-up or a purchase on the publisher's side, and to count which pages send players to the game.

Once you arrive on the publisher's site, you have left MergeBattler. Its own terms and privacy policy apply there, and any account or payment is between you and the publisher. Links to Steam, Nutaku and itch.io are plain links that skip the tracker; those sites follow their own policies.

Nudus is an adult game with sexual content, and this site is meant for adults only. If you are under 18, or adult content is not allowed where you live, please leave the site.

Everything on MergeBattler is for information. Nudus, its name, characters and art belong to Hooligapps, and other game and store names belong to their owners; the art appears here to show what the game looks like.

We keep the pages current, but release dates, rewards, events and availability are the publisher's to change, and the game, its store pages and the publisher's own announcements are the final word. The site is provided as is, without any warranty, and we are not responsible for the content, terms or availability of the sites our links lead to.

If the way the site works changes, for example a new host or a change to the click tracker, this page changes with it. The date below shows the latest update.
