Rarities, factions and roles
Common up to Legendary
Cards run from Common up to Legendary, with Uncommon and Rare among the tiers in between: the Huntress and Viking cards are Uncommon, the Slime cards are Rare. Legendaries are no rare sight here, since the developer puts them at roughly half the roster.
Factions and roles
Each heroine has a faction; the Viking belongs to the Alliance of Light. Every week a different faction gets a bonus, so a faction deck is worth keeping in one of your five presets. The roster also splits into tanks, healers, assassins and ranged units, and the developer says there is no single meta. The how-to-play guide covers team building.
How to read a hero card
Open any heroine in your collection and her card spells out what she does. The example is the Viking's card from the June trailer.
| Part of the card | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Rarity and level | Her tier (Uncommon), her level and a counter of cards collected toward the next one |
| Faction | Her faction, here the Alliance of Light |
| Health, damage, attack speed | Her core fighting numbers, which grow as she levels up |
| Attack range, movement speed | How far she strikes from and how fast she crosses the board: Melee and Medium for the Viking |
| Ability | What she does and the merge level that switches it on: Weakness over a large area from merge level 3 |
| Buff pattern | A small grid that marks her square and the buff squares next to it |
| Might bonus | A small percentage; the same icon with a percentage sits next to each player's trophies on the matchup screen |
| Upgrade, Find cards | Upgrade raises her level for coins; Find cards leads you to more copies |
How to get and level heroines
You collect a heroine as cards. There is no gear or artifact system yet, so her power comes from her level and her perks.
Quest Chests
Quest Chests open into hero cards. The trailer shows one paying out stacks of them, ×8 and ×3.
Summons
The 30,000-wishlist post shows 20 Base Summons among the launch rewards, next to 5 Rare Slime Cards.
Launch-day gifts
The 25,000-wishlist post promises 10 Uncommon Huntress Cards and 200 Emeralds to everyone who enters Nudus on launch day. The codes and rewards page has the details.
Shop, passes and events
The shop sells items and offers. On top of that, the 14-day Standard and Tournament passes and the rotating events pay out rewards of their own.
Level her up
Fill her card counter with copies and pay coins on Upgrade: her health and damage go up with each level, and perks make her stronger still.
Her 18+ gallery
Every heroine has her own gallery with three tabs: Photos, Live Photos and Videos.
- Photos come from getting a heroine and leveling her. The trailer shows the popup: “Photo of the hero Fairy”.
- Live photos and videos come mostly through the shop, the battle pass and events, and part of the videos unlocks for free as your rating climbs.
- Locked entries say what opens them: a heroine level such as 6 or 7, the Tournament Pass or a shop purchase.
Rating also unlocks story dialogues from rating 25, as the how-to-play guide explains.

Quick answers
Who is the best heroine in Nudus?
There is no official tier list, and the developer says the game has no single meta. Heroines split into tanks, healers, assassins and ranged units, and a different faction gets a bonus every week, so the best pick depends on your deck and the week. Level the five you actually play.
Are the Nudus heroines AI-generated?
Yes, with an artist's pass on top. Hooligapps says the characters, backgrounds and scenes are made with AI and then reworked by hand, for both the regular and the 18+ art. Nutaku's listing carries a similar note.
