The launch-day gifts so far
Hooligapps unlocks launch rewards as Nudus collects Steam wishlists. Two milestones are done. The reward for the third, at 35,000 wishlists, has not been announced.
25,000 wishlists (July 29): 10 Uncommon Huntress Cards and 200 Emeralds. 
30,000 wishlists (September 7): the post shows 5 Rare Slime Cards and 20 Base Summons.
What the gifts give you
Huntress cards. The Huntress is the masked, blue-haired elf from the 25,000-wishlist art. Extra copies of a heroine's card count toward her next level, so 10 Uncommon Huntress Cards give her a quick start the moment you log in.
Emeralds. One of the game's currencies. The first milestone adds 200 of them.
Slime cards and Base Summons. When Nudus passed 30,000 wishlists, Hooligapps said the rewards had been increased, and the post shows 5 Rare Slime Cards and 20 Base Summons.
35,000 wishlists. The next goal. Hooligapps has not announced its reward yet.

Enter the game on launch day
That is the one condition the milestone post sets: everyone who enters Nudus on launch day gets the gift. No code, no form.
Wishlist to push the next goal
Each milestone so far has raised the rewards. Adding Nudus to your Steam wishlist moves the counter toward 35,000.
Pre-register on Nutaku if you play there
Nutaku runs its own free pre-registration and promises rewards when the game launches globally. It doesn't list them yet.
Rewards inside the game
Once you are playing, rewards come from the game itself, and there is still nothing to redeem. Quest Chests open with a single button and hand out hero cards. Climbing in rating opens part of the video gallery for free, and collecting and leveling heroines unlocks their photos. The main screen also carries a Golden Ticket banner with a “Claim reward” button. The how-to-play guide shows how rating works.

Do I need to wishlist Nudus to get the launch gifts?
No. The 25,000-wishlist post sets one condition: enter the game on launch day. Wishlists decide how big the gifts get, since each milestone so far has raised them, so adding Nudus to your wishlist helps everyone reach the next one.
Is the Golden Ticket a code?
No. It is a banner on the main screen with a “Claim reward” button. You claim it inside the game, with nothing to type in.
Will Nudus get redeem codes later?
Nothing points that way so far. Every reward Hooligapps has announced in its Steam posts arrives automatically in the game, with no code to type in.
